We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Martial Motor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle service appointments, communicating with customers about repairs, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
Prepare job cards and provide accurate cost estimates
Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress
Explain service details, costs, and timelines to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-service follow-ups
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile or related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar role (automotive service industry preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Based on experience
