Explaining vehicle issues, repair options, and cost estimates in an understandable way.
Addressing customer questions and concerns about their vehicles and the service process.
Promoting additional services, parts, and accessories as needed.
Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
Ensuring timely completion of repairs and providing updates to customers.
Technical Support:
Translating customer descriptions into actionable work orders for technicians.
Communicating with technicians to clarify repair needs and ensure accurate diagnosis.
Advising customers on necessary maintenance, repairs, and warranty options.
Providing recommendations on parts and services, potentially including aftermarket or OEM options.
