The Service Advisor acts as the primary contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring efficient job booking, accurate diagnosis communication, and timely delivery of motorcycles. The role focuses on providing a premium service experience to every BMW Motorrad customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
Open job cards and record customer concerns accurately.
Coordinate with technicians for job estimation, repair, and completion.
Communicate service updates, cost estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
Conduct vehicle check-in and check-out as per BMW Motorrad guidelines.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and warranty processing.
Promote value-added services, AMC, and accessories.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
Follow up with customers after service for feedback and relationship building.
Maintain service records and ensure workshop process compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
Knowledge of motorcycle service operations and technical basics.
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
Proficiency in computer and DMS operations.
Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate / ITI in Automobile or Mechanical stream.
Experience in a two-wheeler premium brand (BMW / Harley-Davidson / Triumph / Royal Enfield etc.) preferred.
