We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our Mahindra dealership at Kamre, Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good technical knowledge of automobiles, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
Open job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service and repairs.
Provide cost and time estimates to customers.
Ensure proper follow-up and update customers on vehicle status.
Conduct final delivery and explain the work done.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle warranty and goodwill cases as per company policy.
Promote additional services and accessories to customers.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership (Mahindra experience preferred).
Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) preferred.
