Welcome customers and listen to their bike problems.
Automobile technical knowledge
Technical knowledge of two wheeler
Check the bike and note service or repair needs.
Explain service work and cost to customers clearly.
Prepare job cards and service details.
Coordinate with mechanics and follow up on work status.
Update customers about service progress and delivery time.
Ensure work is completed on time and with good quality.
Do final check before giving the bike to the customer.
Handle customer questions and complaints politely.
Maintain service records and daily reports.
Promote service packages and spare parts if required.
Keep the service area clean and organized.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
