We are looking for a customer-focused and technically sound
Service Advisor
to act as the liaison between our customers and the workshop team. The ideal candidate will manage service bookings, understand customer concerns, explain repair needs, and ensure a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Handling:
Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and maintenance.
Explain service details, additional repair recommendations
Job Card Management:
Open job cards and ensure all customer concerns are documented clearly.
Coordinate with the workshop floor supervisor/technicians for repair status updates.
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion and delivery.
Workshop Coordination:
Act as a bridge between customers and technicians to ensure clarity of work.
Ensure parts availability and coordinate with inventory if required.
Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
