Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and accurately understand their service needs.
Prepare job cards and clearly explain service estimates and timelines.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and efficient service completion.
Provide regular updates to customers on service progress and delivery schedules.
Promote and upsell value-added services, extended warranties, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive service industry.
Strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
