Inspect used vehicles and explain service/repair requirements to customers
Coordinate with workshop, vendors, and internal teams for timely service completion
Prepare job cards, service estimates, and follow up on approvals
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
Handle customer queries and provide regular service updates
Maintain service records and documentation in ERP/software
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
