We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
Advise customers on required maintenance, repairs, and service options.
Prepare service orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize work.
Follow up with customers regarding service progress and completion.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
Maintain service records and communicate effectively with management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicles and maintenance procedures.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
