Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome customers.
Open repair order, refer vehicle history.
Provide cost and time estimate, verify for campaigns.
Keep customer informed about progress of work or change in schedule if any
Coordination with floor & quality controller.
Invoice explanation, parts replaced explanation.
Help customer to make payments for services.
Clean car check verification.
Help in vehicle pick up when customer comes to take delivery
Ensure 100% Next Day Call (NDC) to customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
