We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor who can handle customers, generate job cards, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth workflow in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling
Welcome customers and understand vehicle issues
Explain services, repairs, and costs in a clear manner
Generate estimates and take customer approvals
Maintain customer satisfaction and handle queries
Operational Tasks
Create and manage job cards
Assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress
Ensure timely updates to customers during repair
Perform final inspection before vehicle delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organized workflow in the bay area
Documentation
Prepare repair orders, invoices, service history
Manage warranty claims (if applicable)
Update work status in system/records
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
