1) Ensure repair quality by auditing, analysis of repeat jobs, quality inspector report.
2) Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area and safe working conditions.
3) Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles.
4) Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures.
5) Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment.
6) Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions and resolve them for smoother operations.
7) Ensure maximum vehicle load inflow
8) Ensure 0% repeat complaints; Ensure 100% same day delivery
9) Vehicle delivery status, pending status, follow up.
10) Resolving major customer complaints.
11) Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
12) Preparation of Daily reports and Sending to GM.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
