Job Description

The Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer interactions at the service department. This includes greeting customers, addressing their service needs, creating work orders, providing estimates, and ensuring timely communication between the customer and the service team. They are essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

: Greet customers and inquire about their vehicle service needs. Listen carefully to customer concerns and communicate the necessary service procedures. Provide clear explanations of repair/maintenance needs, costs, and timeframes. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service process
