AYV Bafna Motors is looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Service Advisor

to handle vehicle service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate between customers and the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand vehicle service requirements Open job cards and explain service procedures and costs Advise customers on maintenance, repairs, and service schedules Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service Keep customers informed about job status and additional work approval Ensure proper delivery of vehicles after service Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution Promote value-added services, AMC, and accessories Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Graduate (Automobile or any discipline preferred) 1-3 years experience as Service Advisor (automobile dealership preferred) Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic computer knowledge and DMS/CRM familiarity Technical understanding of vehicles and service processes Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Working Hours:

Full-time position 6 days working
