Greet customers, understand concerns, and prepare job cards.
Provide estimates, explain repairs, and take approvals.
Coordinate with technicians & parts team for smooth workflow.
Inspect vehicles before delivery & ensure quality service.
Maintain customer follow-up, resolve complaints & improve CSI.
Achieve service targets (labour, parts, value-added services).
Report daily job status and support Service Manager.
