Understand customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Explain repair and maintenance work to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
Create repair orders and estimates, and obtain customer approvals.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Communicate any delays, additional work, or changes in cost to customers.
Upsell recommended services and maintenance based on vehicle history and condition.
Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
Maintain detailed records of service and communication in the system (DMS/CRM).
Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry standards.
