Explain repair and maintenance services clearly to customers.
Job Estimation & Invoicing:
Prepare accurate cost and time estimates for work.
Obtain proper customer approvals for recommended services.
Prepare repair orders, service invoices, and ensure timely job delivery.
Coordination with Workshop:
Communicate customer issues to technicians clearly.
Coordinate with workshop team for job progress and completion.
Monitor work status and update customers regularly.
Quality & Satisfaction:
Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate to management as needed.
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
Sales Support:
Promote upselling of services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
Keep customers informed about ongoing offers and service plans.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate service records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in warranty claim processes if required.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
2-4 years of experience in a service advisory role in an automobile dealership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
Full-time role.
May require working on weekends and holidays.
