A Service Advisor in the auto industry is the vital link between customers and technicians, responsible for greeting clients, understanding vehicle issues, explaining needed repairs/maintenance, providing cost estimates, scheduling service, and ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating effectively with the service team and handling administrative tasks like invoicing and parts ordering. They act as consultants, selling services and parts while ensuring a smooth, transparent repair process

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
