The Service Advisor is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop, ensuring high customer satisfaction by understanding service needs, coordinating repairs, and delivering quality service.
Greet customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements
Prepare job cards with accurate details of customer complaints and service needs
Explain recommended services, repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers
Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for timely job completion
Ensure availability of spare parts and follow up on repair progress
Keep customers informed about service status and any additional work required
Promote value-added services, service packages, and accessories
