Coordination with Technicians

Customer Records

: Maintain customer records and follow up on service recommendations.

Cost Estimation

: Handle paperwork and estimate costs for services and repairs.

Customer Communication

: Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up
