Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), Diploma in Automobile Engineering (DAE), or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE)
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments to ensure optimal workshop utilization and timely service completion.
Explain maintenance and repair options to customers clearly before assigning work to technicians.
Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to promptly resolve customer complaints.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback through surveys and reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
Guide and support customer service representatives, promoting a customer-first approach within the team.
Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and key customer metrics.
Develop and implement procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Work closely with service and sales teams to ensure alignment between customer service initiatives and overall business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma (DME/DAE) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile service operations or workshop management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and service management software.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
Sound knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology.
