Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center.
Understand customer needs and accurately record service requirements.
Provide service estimates, explain repair details, and obtain approvals.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
Ensure adherence to company service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
Handle service-related queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
5 years of experience as a Service Advisor
in the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of car service operations and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly manner.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
