The Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers bringing vehicles in for service. You'll coordinate repairs, provide clear estimates, and ensure a smooth, positive experience that drives satisfaction and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, listen to concerns, and record accurate service requests.
- Diagnose issues (or coordinate with technicians) and recommend required work, warranty coverage, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide written estimates, explain options clearly, and obtain approval before proceeding.
- Schedule appointments, manage the service queue, and keep customers updated on status

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
