Job Description

Prepare and explain repair estimates, costs, and timeframes. Obtain customer approvals for repairs and additional work when necessary. Keep customers updated on their vehicle's service status. Schedule service appointments and allocate work to technicians. Communicate customer concerns to the mechanics and ensure accurate diagnosis.
