Job Title: Service Advisor

Company : Cannanore Automotive Co.

Work Locatio : Thazhe Chovva (Kannur)

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers, understand their service requirements, and provide excellent customer service.

Prepare accurate estimates and communicate with customers.

Manage job cards and ensure smooth service delivery.

Conduct vehicle inspections and document findings.

Liaise with technicians, customers, and other departments.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair procedures.
