We are hiring a

Service Advisor

for BMW Motorrad at Titanium Auto, Patna. The ideal candidate should have

minimum 2 years of experience in premium bike repair/service advisory

and strong customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understand their service requirements. Create accurate job cards and explain repair/service details. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Provide updates to customers on repair status and additional work required. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Handle billing, warranty claims, and post-service follow-up.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in service advisory for premium two-wheelers. Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles (preferably premium brands). Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
