Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.
Prepare job cards and coordinate with workshop teams.
Explain service estimates, timelines, and additional repair needs.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.
Handle service updates, approvals, invoicing, and final delivery.
Promote BMW genuine parts, accessories, and value-added services.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow-up post service.
Requirements
1-3 years' experience as a Service Advisor (Automobile dealership preferred).
Strong communication & customer handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge of cars; luxury brand experience is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Computer/CRM proficiency.
Qualification
Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile or related field preferred.
