Job Description

Job Summary:



The Service Advisor acts as the main point of contact between customers and the service department. He/She is responsible for understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers and understand their vehicle issues and service requirements. Create job cards and update all service details in the system. Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth execution of repairs and servicing. Provide cost estimates, explain repair processes, and take customer approval. Keep customers informed about job status, additional work, and delivery time. Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery. Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction post-service. Maintain service records, invoices, and reports. Promote value-added services, AMC, and accessories.

Required Skills:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of automobile systems and service procedures. Basic computer proficiency (DMS, MS Office).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
