Open job cards and explain service procedures, costs, and timelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair
Provide regular service updates to customers
Upsell value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Maintain service records, invoices, and warranty documentation
Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines
