Job Description

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. They are responsible for understanding customer service needs, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers courteously and understand their vehicle service requirements. Open job cards and record all customer complaints clearly and accurately. Provide repair estimates, explain the work to be done, and obtain customer approval. Coordinate with the workshop team for smooth job execution and monitor job progress. Inform customers about additional repairs, cost estimates, and expected delivery times. Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery. Maintain proper communication with customers regarding job status and delivery schedule. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with completed service/repair work. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager. Maintain service records, billing, and follow-up for repeat business. Strive to achieve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
