Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist customers with vehicle service requirements and provide accurate service advice.
Understand customer concerns, record service complaints, and coordinate with the service team.
Support daily service operations such as job card preparation, vehicle inspection, and delivery updates.
Communicate effectively with technicians and ensure timely service completion.
Maintain service records, follow up with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in training programs to learn company service standards, technical knowledge, and customer handling skills.
Follow safety norms and ensure a clean and organized service environment.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of automobiles, mechanical systems, or electrical components.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to travel, and flexibility to work at any assigned branch location.
Training & Deployment:
Candidates will undergo structured training provided by the company.
Based on performance, candidates may be deployed to any of our branch locations:
Salem, Ulundurpet, Attur, or Konganapuram
