Service Advisor For TATA Comercial Vehicle Service Center TASS with minimum 2 year Experience
Coordinate with Customer to understand the problem in Vehicle and Follow TATA Process to Do the required Job .
Give Estimate for service/Repair
Coordinate with Technician for timely vehicle resolution
Candiate should have good knowledge of automobiles
Good Communication skills
TATA CRM,Creating Job card,checking vehicle service History,Billing etc.
Automobile/Mechanical background would be given preference
Manage vehicle on floor for timely service of vehicle.
Basic Computer knowlege & email communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
