Job Opening: Body & Paint Service Advisor

Location: Chaudhari Toyota Cars, Jalgaon
Experience Required: 6 Months - 3 Years
Chaudhari Toyota is seeking a Body & Paint Service Advisor to support customers through the vehicle repair and insurance claim process in our Bodyshop.

*Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their body & paint repair needs

Provide repair estimates and explain the process

Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approval

Keep customers updated on job progress and delivery timelines

Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

*Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Automobile or related field

6 months to 3 years of experience in bodyshop/service advisory

Basic knowledge of denting, painting, and repair processes

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Customer-focused attitude and follow-up ability
