Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
Create accurate job cards and service estimates.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to schedule and execute jobs.
Communicate repair status, timelines, and costs clearly to customers.
Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Handle warranty jobs, recalls, and service campaigns as per Tata Motors' guidelines.
Maintain records of customer feedback, service history, and pending issues.
Assist in achieving service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Address and resolve customer complaints in coordination with the service manager.
