Job Description

Greet and consult customers:

Welcome customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and gather details about the required service.

Provide information and advice:

Explain necessary repairs, potential cost savings, and warranty information to customers.

Handle complaints:

Address customer questions and concerns professionally and help resolve issues.

Communicate during repairs:

Keep customers informed of their vehicle's status and call to authorize any additional work.
Service and administrative roles

Prepare service orders:

Create detailed work orders and estimates for repairs.

Schedule appointments:

Manage the scheduling and workflow for the service center.

Coordinate with technicians:

Translate customer needs to technicians and ensure they have the information and parts needed for repairs.

Process payments:

Collect payment from customers after the service is completed.

Maintain records:

Keep thorough records of all service activities and follow-ups.

Promote services:

Identify opportunities to upsell additional maintenance or services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
