Responsibilities:*
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain service estimates, timelines, and processes.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.
Update customers on service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints effectively.
Maintain service records and follow up for periodic maintenance reminders.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
a Service Advisor in automobile dealership or workshop.
Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of vehicle systems and service processes.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
