We are looking for a customer-focused and technically aware Service Advisor to manage customer interactions at the workshop, understand their service requirements, and ensure smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns & service needs
Create job cards and coordinate with the workshop team
Explain service estimates, timelines, and additional work required
Ensure timely updates to customers about vehicle status
Perform final delivery process with explanation of work done
Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
Maintain service records, invoices, and follow-ups
Promote value-added services and AMC offers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,037.98 - ₹26,861.77 per month
