The Service Advisor will act as the key link between the customer and the service department. The role involves receiving customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely delivery with customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, understand their service requirements, and prepare detailed job cards.
Provide accurate service estimates (time, cost, spare parts).
Coordinate with mechanics, technicians, and the service team for smooth workflow.
Update customers on the progress of service/repairs and obtain approvals for additional jobs.
Ensure vehicles are serviced, quality checked, and delivered on time.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
Promote value-added services, AMC, extended warranty, and accessories.
Maintain service records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure high standards of customer care, grooming, and showroom discipline.
Support the branch in achieving monthly service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in two-wheeler/automobile service advisory.
Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of two-wheelers (Honda preferred).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on service performance).
