Prerequisite:
Multi brand experience. Specifically - Body shop operations.
In depth knowledge of Accidental repair process / Insurance claim process.
Should be able to contribute towards key KPIs Ex:- On time delivery, Same Day
Delivery, Customer complaints, Repeat Repairs,
Excellent communication and organizational skills .
Ability to communicate equally well with body shop / general repair mechanics,
customers and senior management.
Familiarity with Repair order opening / Estimation / Insurance process / Coordination with surveyor.
Passion towards work.
Should have good listening & problem solving skill.
Target oriented mindset (capture business opportunities in terms of VAS).
Should be able to manage customer based on his / her mind set like ego/Attitude.
Then grasp Customer expectation through proper consultation & resolution to
Queries / Conflicts.
Usage of MS office tools - Excel / Word / Power point.
Usage of Dealer management system / Garage management system

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
