We are looking for a Service Advisor specializing in Yamaha bikes and scooters to join our team at CAG Yamaha. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in diagnosing motorcycle or scooter issues. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services. Schedule service appointments and manage the service bay efficiently. Communicate effectively with technicians and coordinate repair work. Keep detailed records of service transactions, including invoices and service reports. Educate customers on proper maintenance and care for their Yamaha vehicles. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tools and equipment. Stay updated with Yamaha's latest products, technologies, and service procedures. Collaborate with the sales team to promote service packages and upsell additional services.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motorcycle or automotive industry. In-depth knowledge of Yamaha bikes and scooters, including technical specifications and maintenance requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in computer systems and service management software. Certification or training in motorcycle mechanics is a plus. A valid motorcycle license is preferred.
