Understand customer complaints and document them accurately.
Coordinate with the service team for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Provide service estimates, timelines, and updates to customers.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain proper service records and follow-up with customers for feedback.
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic technical knowledge of 2-wheeler automobiles.
Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Eligibility:
Male candidate only.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a similar role (preferred in automobile sector).
