Customer Handling
Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler service or repair requirements
Explain service procedures, costs, and estimated delivery time
Obtain customer approval before carrying out repairs
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution
Job Card & Documentation
Prepare accurate job cards with detailed customer complaints
Record vehicle details, service history, and warranty information
Ensure proper billing and documentation at vehicle delivery
Workshop Coordination
Assign jobs to technicians and monitor work progress
Coordinate with spare parts department for parts availability
Ensure repairs are done as per company standards
Service Quality & Delivery
Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery
Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
Explain work carried out and future maintenance requirements to customers
Sales & Upselling
Promote value-added services, accessories, and AMC packages
Meet service revenue and customer satisfaction targets
Follow-up & Customer Retention
Follow up with customers after service for feedback
Maintain customer service records and satisfaction reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
