Greet customers and understand their service requirements or concerns.
Create accurate job cards and record customer complaints/requests clearly.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure proper execution of services and repairs.
Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and provide clear explanations of work done.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain service records and follow up with customers for feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum: Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical or relevant field.
Experience: 0-2 years in automobile
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
