Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their service requirements.

Create job cards and update customer details in the system.

Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely service delivery.

Explain service estimates, repair work, and final billing to customers.

Conduct vehicle inspection and advise on necessary repairs.

Follow up on pending work and keep customers updated.

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic service-related queries.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech (Automobile/Mechanical) preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Knowledge of vehicles and workshop operations.

Freshers can apply for trainee roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
