Job Description

A service advisor acts as the main point of contact between customers and the service department at an automotive dealership, handling customer inquiries, scheduling services, explaining repair needs, providing estimates and advice, and coordinating with technicians and the parts department to ensure repairs are completed smoothly and to customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing the workflow of the service center, communicating technical information clearly, managing customer expectations, and potentially upselling products and services. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

:Greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication throughout the repair process.

Vehicle Diagnosis & Consultation

:Meeting with customers to understand their vehicle issues, relaying this information to technicians, and translating technical jargon into understandable terms for the customer.

Repair Recommendations & Estimates

:Providing in-depth advice on repairs, maintenance, parts (OEM and aftermarket), warranty options, and potential cost savings.

Coordination

:Working with technicians, the parts department, and other dealership staff to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of services.

Service Management

:Overseeing the service center's workflow and scheduling, and calling customers to inform them when their vehicle is ready.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
