Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, understanding their vehicle issues, and explaining repair options clearly.

Service Coordination:

Working with technicians to diagnose problems, provide cost estimates, and schedule repairs.

Parts Management:

Ordering necessary parts and ensuring their availability for the repair process.

Communication:

Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service and explaining the completed work.

Customer Satisfaction:

Building strong customer relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Administrative Tasks:

Creating and managing work orders, processing payments, and maintaining service records.
