Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the service center
Understand customer complaints and service requirements
Prepare job cards and maintain service records
Coordinate with technicians and monitor job progress
Communicate service status and estimates to customers
Perform quality checks and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction
Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduate
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (basic English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, job card software, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in service or customer handling roles
Preferred:
Experience in a two-wheeler or automobile dealership/service center
Technical knowledge or diploma in mechanical/automobile engineering
Two-wheeler license
