Job Description

A service advisor acts as a crucial link between customers and technicians in an automotive service setting, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery. They translate technical jargon, manage service appointments, provide repair estimates, and strive to deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, understanding their concerns, and gathering vehicle information. Explaining vehicle issues, repair options, and cost estimates in an understandable way. Addressing customer questions and concerns about their vehicles and the service process. Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships

Technical Support:



Translating customer descriptions into actionable work orders for technicians. Communicating with technicians to clarify repair needs and ensure accurate diagnosis. Advising customers on necessary maintenance, repairs, and warranty options. Providing recommendations on parts and services, potentially including aftermarket or OEM options.

Service Management:



Scheduling appointments and managing service workflow. Following up with customers on the status of their vehicles. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history. Ensuring timely completion of repairs and providing updates to customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
