Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand vehicle service requirements Prepare job cards and explain service/repair work clearly to customers Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely service completion Update customers on repair status, cost, and delivery timelines Ensure quality check of vehicles before delivery Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Maintain service records and follow-up for repeat service visits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma (Automobile preferred) 1-3 years experience as a Service Advisor (4 Wheeler preferred) Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of automobile parts and service processes Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
