Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop.- Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service requirements.- Explain repair and service details clearly, including costs and timelines.- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow luxury brand service standards.- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner.- Ensure proper documentation and service records are maintained.Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 4-year diploma or 4-year degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Service Advisor with premium/luxury automotive brands such as:- Audi- Volkswagen Group (Skoda)- BMW- Mercedes-Benz- Porsche- Lexus- Other premium / luxury / supercar brandsCandidate Profile- Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused.- Well-groomed with good manners and professional etiquette.- Minimum height requirement: 5 feet 9 inches.- Complexion: Preferably fair to medium.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to represent a luxury brand image.- Location Preference- Candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai will be preferred.
